2 Exhaust manifold with catalytic converter
• Left front
• Removing and installing => [ Right Exhaust Manifold with Catalytic Converters ] Right Exhaust Manifold With Catalytic Converters
• Protect from shocks and impact stress
• Individual components of suspension => [ Individual mounting components for exhaust manifold with catalytic converters ]
3 Gasket
• Replace
4 Oxygen sensor before catalytic converter - 55 Nm
• The threads of new oxygen sensors are coated with assembly paste; the paste must not get into slots of oxygen sensor body
• When re-using the old oxygen sensor, grease the threads with hot bolt paste; the paste must not get into slots of oxygen sensor body; hot bolt paste
5 Oxygen sensor behind catalytic converter - 55 Nm
• The threads of new oxygen sensors are coated with assembly paste; the paste must not get into slots of oxygen sensor body
• When re-using the old oxygen sensor, grease the threads with hot bolt paste; the paste must not get into slots of oxygen sensor body; hot bolt paste

• Left rear

10 Front clamping sleeve
• Before tightening, ensure exhaust system is tension-free => [ Exhaust System, Installing ] Exhaust System, Installing
• Installation position of bolt ends => [ Installed position of front double clamps ]
• Fasten threaded fasteners uniformly, while pushing the center muffler exhaust pipe upward slightly

12 Front muffler
• With decoupling elements
• Decoupling elements must not be bent more than 10° - risk of damage
• Left front muffler, removing, installing and aligning => [ Left Front Muffler ] Left Front Muffler
• Right front muffler, removing, installing and aligning => [ Right Front Muffler ] Right Front Muffler
• Individual components of suspension => [ Individual mounting components for exhaust manifold
with catalytic converters ]

9. Nut - 25 Nm
10. Right bracket, installed location => [ Installed location for front, left and right
brackets ]
Installed location for front, left and right brackets
- Observe the installed location for the front, left and right brackets to prevent pretensioning of the exhaust system.

- Install double clamps so that the bolt ends do not project over lower edge of double clamp.
