When trying to select another stored station in the Radio Memory station list, the cursor is not following the selection. Instead the cursor is jumping to the top of the displayed list and the desired station can't be selected. In other cases the cursor can't be scrolled to the next or previous page.

Technical Background
MMI system software issue.

Production Solution
Improved software.

Service
An MMI system Software update is required. Refer to Technical Service Bulletin 2019334 for directions to perform the update.

TIP: Due to the incompatibility of Navigation DVD Version 4 and lower with the new MMI software, it may be necessary to replace the installed DVD with a Navigation DVD Version 5. Refer to Technical Service Bulletin 2019334 for more information.
