Electric/electronic components and installation locations





1. Air supply unit
2. Vehicle level sensor
^ Right front level control sensor -G289-
^ Can be checked using VAS 5051 in "Guided fault-finding"
^ Perform the control position adaptation procedure after loosening

3. Right front air spring damper with right front dampening adjustment valve -N337-

4. Body acceleration sensor
^ Right front body acceleration sensor -G342-
^ Can be checked using VAS 5051 in "Guided fault-finding"

5. Level control system control module -J197-
6. Vehicle level sensor
^ Right rear level control system sensor -G77-
^ Can be checked using VAS 5051 in "Guided fault-finding"
^ Perform the control position adaptation procedure after loosening

7. Body acceleration sensor
^ Rear body acceleration sensor -G343-
^ Can be checked using VAS 5051 in "Guided fault-finding"

8. Right rear air spring damper
^ With right rear dampening adjustment valve -N339-

9. Pressure accumulator
^ If the pressure accumulator is removed, the pressure accumulator system must be bled beforehand See "Guided fault-finding" using VAS 5051

10. Left rear air spring damper
^ With left rear dampening adjustment valve -N338-

11. Vehicle level sensor
^ Left rear level control system sensor -G76-
^ Can be checked using VAS 5051 in "Guided fault-finding"
^ Perform the control position adaptation procedure after loosening

12. Left front body acceleration sensor -G341-
^ Left front
^ Can be checked using VAS 5051 in "Guided fault-finding"

13. Solenoid valve block

^ With left front dampening adjustment valve -N336-

15. Vehicle level sensor
^ Left front level control system sensor -G78-
^ Can be checked using VAS 5051 in "Guided fault-finding"
