1 - Input shaft for oil pump drive

2 - Oil pump housing

3 - 23 Nm

4 - Gears

^ Check backlash
^ Check axial clearance

5 - Oil pump cover

^ With pressure relief valve
^ Opening pressure: 5.3... 5.7
^ Clean strainer if dirty

6 - 8 Nm

^ Install using locking fluid

7 - Oil pressure pipe

^ Apply sealing paste at cylinder b1cok and at oil pump housing

8 - 10 Nm

9 - Oil seal

^ Replace if damaged

Checking backlash





- Use a feeler gauge to measure.

^ Wear limit (backlash): 0.20 mm

Checking axial clearance





- Use a feeler gauge and straightedge to measure.

^ Wear limit (axial clearance): 0.10 mm
