1 - Oil pan

2 - Bolts M6
^ Always replace
^ 5 x, for securing oil pan with oil pan gasket to transmission housing
^ Tightening torque: 10 Nm

3 - Gasket

4 - Bolts M6
^ Always replace
^ For securing Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) Mechatronic -J743- to transmission housing
^ Tightening torque: 5 Nm plus 90° further (90° is equivalent to a one quarter turn)

5 - Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) Mechatronic -J743-
^ With O-rings at connector; always replace O-rings

6 - Breather pipe
^ Pressed into transmission; must be replaced after removal

7 - Breather cap
^ Attached to breather pipe

8 - Gear oil cooler

9 - M8 bolt
^ Always replace
^ For securing gear oil cooler to transmission housing
^ Tightening torque: 20 Nm plus 90° further (90° is equivalent to a one quarter turn)

10 - O-ring
^ Always replace

11 - Support bracket

12 - M8 bolt
^ Always replace
^ 2 x, for securing support bracket to transmission housing
^ Tightening torque: 20 Nm plus 90° further (90° is equivalent to a one quarter turn)

13 - Filter housing
^ Tightening torque on transmission: 20 Nm

14 - Gear oil filter

15 - Gear oil pump

16 - Bolts M6
^ Always replace
^ 4 x, for securing gear oil pump to transmission housing
^ Tightening torque: 5 Nm plus 90° further (90° is equivalent to a one quarter turn)

17 - Cover for gear oil pump
^ With gasket

18 - Bolts M6
^ Always replace
^ 4 x, for securing cover to transmission housing
^ Tightening torque: 8 Nm

19 - Drain plug M24
^ Tightening torque: 45 Nm

20 - Seal
^ Always replace

21 - Inspection plug M24
^ Tightening torque: 45 Nm

22 - Seal
^ Always replace

23 - Overflow pipe
^ Tightening torque: 3 Nm

24 - Protective shield

25 - Bolt M10
^ 4 x, for securing protective shield to transmission housing
^ Tightening torque: 32 Nm





A - Sensor for transmission RPM / Transmission fluid temperature sensor -G182- / -G93-
