Multifunction Steering Wheel, Controls Inoperative

Condition
Both left and right steering wheel control switches are inoperative.
DTC 02071 may be stored in the Steering Column Electronics System Control Module.
The right-side switch is the LIN master for the steering wheel controls and is defective.
Service
- Replace only the right side steering wheel control switch Part No: 4F0 951 527A 5PR.
DO NOT replace the left-side switch or the entire steering wheel!
