3 O-ring

• Replace

4 Lower coolant line

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Lower Coolant Pipe ] Lower Coolant Pipe

5 10 Nm

6 15 Nm

7 O-ring

• Replace

8 Heating element connection

• 14 to 16 ohms at 25 °C

• Cannot be replaced separately

9 Electrical harness connector

10 Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat (F265 )

• With connecting piece

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Thermostat Housing with Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat ] Thermostat Housing With MAP Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat

• Checking, refer to => [ Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat, Checking ] Testing and Inspection

• Begins to open at approximately 105 °C

• Opens minimum 7 mm
