• Support (Kukko 22/1)





1 Grooved ball bearing

• Pressing off, refer to => [ Pressing off grooved ball bearing from Torsen differential ]

• Pressing on, refer to => [ Pressing grooved ball bearing onto Torsen differential ]

2 Torsen differential

• Do not disassemble.

• Service by manufacturer only.

• Replace if damaged.

3 Needle bearing

• For drive pinion in torsen differential.

• Pulling out, refer to => [ Pulling out needle bearing ]

• Pressing in, refer to => [ Needle bearing, pressing in ]

A Separating device 22 to 115 mm, e.g. (Kukko 17/2)

B Internal puller 30 to 37 mm, e.g. (Kukko 21/5)

- Remove needle bearing - C - for drive pinion mounting in torsen differential.

Needle bearing, pressing in





- Press needle bearing in flush up to thrust piece (VW 432) stop.
