1 - Internal hex bolt, 25 Nm
2 - Driveshaft output flange
3 - Shaft seal
^ Replace
4 - Bolt, 23 Nm

^ Coat with axle oil
7 - Circlip
8 - Grooved ball bearing
^ For spur gear 1
9 - Spur gear 1
^ For rear ring and pinion set
10 - Circlip
11 - Needle bearing
^ For spur gear 1
^ Remove only to replace
^ To replace transfer case housing, warm to approximately 100 ° C and drive needle bearing with drift towards rear (Attention! Wear protective gloves)
^ Drive in with Sleeve 30-21 to stop
12 - Bolt, 23 Nm
^ Loosen or tighten diagonally
13 - Transfer case housing
^ Can be replaced if damaged
14 - Clamping nut
15 - Needle bearing
^ Remove only to replace
^ Replace
16 - Circlip
17 - Spur gear 2
^ For rear ring and pinion set
18 - Grooved ball bearing
^ For spur gear 2
19 - Circlip
20 - Fastening plate
21 - Guide plate
22 - Bolt, 8 Nm

^ Replace complete unit if damaged
