1 Bearing housing

• Determine the shim "S4" when replacing, refer to => [ Shim , Determining when Replacing Bearing Housing ] Shim "S4", Determining when Replacing Bearing Housing

2 Outer ring

• For input shaft roller sleeve

• Driving out, refer to => [ Removing the Roller Sleeve Outer Race from
the Bearing Housing ] Bearing Housing

• Installing, refer to => [ Installing the Roller Sleeve Outer Race into the Bearing Housing all the Way ] Bearing Housing

3 Adjustment shim "S4"

• Adjustment overview, refer to => [ Adjustment Overview ] Adjustment Overview

• Determine once again when replacing the bearing housing, refer to => [ Shim , Determining when Replacing Bearing Housing ] Shim "S4", Determining when Replacing Bearing Housing

4 Tapered roller bearing outer race

• For pinion/hollow shaft

• Removing and installing => [ (Item 29) Outer race/tapered roller bearing ] Pinion Shaft and Hollow Shaft Assembly Overview

5 Selector rod for 1st and 2nd gear

• Replace only complete with selector fork for 1st and 2nd gear with pins

6 Reverse gear selector rod

7 Ball sleeve

• Front for the reverse gear selector rod

• Pulling out, refer to => [ Remove the Front Ball Sleeve from the Reverse Gear Selector Rod ] Bearing Housing

• Installing, refer to => [ Installing the Front Ball Sleeve into the Reverse Gear Selector Rod ] Bearing Housing

8 Ball sleeve

• Rear for the reverse gear selector rod

• Pulling out, refer to => [ Remove the Rear Ball Sleeve for the Reverse Gear Selector Shaft ] Bearing Housing

• Installing, refer to => [ Installing the Rear Ball Sleeve for the Reverse Gear Selector Rod ] Bearing Housing

9 Selector rod for 3rd and 4th gear

10 Selector rod for 5th and 6th gear

• After removing, remove any burrs or grooves in the bearing housing

11 Ball sleeve

• For 5th and 6th gear selector rod

• Remove with Internal Puller (Kukko 21/2)

• Install flush with Guide Bolt (10 - 15)

12 Securing bushing

• For 3rd and 4th gear selector rod

• Driving in and out, Refer to => [ Removing and Installing the Selector Rod Securing Bushing ] Bearing Housing

13 Securing bushing

• For 5th and 6th gear selector rod

• Driving in and out, Refer to => [ Removing and Installing the Selector Rod Securing Bushing ] Bearing Housing

14 Ball sleeve

• For 3rd and 4th gear selector rod

• Remove with Internal Puller (Kukko 21/2)

• Driving in, refer to => [ Installing the Ball Sleeve for the 3rd and
4th Gear Selector Rod ] Bearing Housing
