Satellite Radio, from MY 2005

- If control module is replaced, select "Replacement" function for appropriate control module in "Guided Fault-Finding" routine.

Use the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051) to do so.

- Turn off all electrical consumers.

- Remove ignition key.

Removing

- Open luggage compartment.

- Remove bracket - 3 - from base mount - 4 - far enough so connectors can be reached.





- Disconnect the connectors on the Satellite Radio (R146) - 2 -.

- Remove bracket - 3 - completely from base mount - 4 -.

- Remove screw - 1 - (3 Nm).

- Remove Satellite Radio (R146) - 2 - from bracket - 3 -.

Installing

- Install in reverse order.

- Enable Satellite Radio (R146). Refer to => [ Satellite Radio, Enabling ] Radio System.
