Part 1
1 ATF filter
• Different versions
• Removing and installing => [ ATF Filter ] 01J,0AN Continuously Variable Transmission
2 Bearing "D"
• Disc set roller bearing "I"
• Different version: With or without inner race
• Removing and installing => [ Bearings D and E for Disc Set I ] Bearings D and E for Disc Set I
3 Bearing "E"
• Disc set ball bearing "I"
• Removing and installing => [ Bearings D and E for Disc Set I ] Bearings D and E for Disc Set I
4 Intermediate housing
• Removing and installing => [ Chain and Disc Set I ] Chain and Disc Set I
5 Bolt
• Different designs and lengths depending on version
• Replace bolts.
• Steel bolt - 25 Nm
• Aluminum bolt - 10 Nm plus an additional 90° (1/ 4 turn)
6 Sensor wheel "II"
• Always replace after removal
• Removing and installing => [ Chain and Disc Set I ] Chain and Disc Set I
7 Oil pipe
• Do not damage sealing surface.
• Removing and installing => [ Chain and Disc Set I ] Chain and Disc Set I
8 Cover
• For sensor wheel "II"
9 Axial sealing element
• For ATF filter
• Replace
10 Sensor wheel "I"
• Always replace after removal
• Removing and installing => [ Chain and Disc Set I ] Chain and Disc Set I
11 Securing ring
• Replace
• After replacing disc set, "I" must be measured again => [ Determining shim and circlip ] Disc Set I
• Must contact the base of the groove
• Installation position: The bores in the eyes are conical. The narrow side point up
12 Adjustment shim
• After replacing disc set, "I" must be measured again => [ Determining shim and circlip ] Disc Set I
13 Oil pipe
14 Clip
• For oil pipe
15 O-Ring
• Replace
16 Securing ring
• For ball bearing and roller bearing
17 Bolt
• 10 Nm
Part 2
1 Transmission housing
• With disc set "II"
2 Alignment bushing
3 Gasket
• Replace
4 Disc set "II"
• Cannot be replaced separately
5 Alignment bushing
6 Suction jet pump
• Removing and installing => [ Suction Jet Pump ] Suction Jet Pump
7 Guide rail
• Clipped onto oil pipe - 10 -
• Install with chain mounted
8 O-Ring
• For oil pipe
• Replace
9 Bolt
• 10 Nm
10 Oil pipe
11 Oil guide piece "I"
12 Oil guide piece "II"
13 Thrust washer
• Identify with color
• Do not interchange with shim => [ (Item 12) Adjustment shim ]
14 Chain
• Removing and installing => [ Chain and Disc Set I ] Chain and Disc Set I
15 Disc set "I"
• Removing and installing => [ Chain and Disc Set I ] Chain and Disc Set I
• Replace => [ Disc Set I ] Disc Set I
• After replacing, circlip => [ (Item 11) Securing ring ] and shim => [ (Item 12) Adjustment shim ] must be measured again => [ Disc Set I ] Disc Set I
16 Securing ring
• For bearing "C"
17 Bearing "C"
• Disc set roller bearing "I"
• Removing and installing => [ Bearing C for Disc Set I ] Bearing C for Disc Set I
18 Oil pipe
• With rectangular ring
• Removing and installing => [ Disc Set I ] Disc Set I
