Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Pry lever (80 - 200)









1 Electrical Connection

For Driver's Lumbar Support Pump (V152)

For Front Passenger's Lumbar Support Pump (V153 )

2 Electrical Connection

For Driver's Lumbar Support Pressure Switch (F224 )

For Front Passenger's Lumbar Support Pressure Switch (F225)

3 Hard Foam Block

For pneumatic components

Secured to the backrest at the bottom side with double-sided adhesive tape

Removing and Installing. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover and Cushion ] Covers and Cushion, RS Front Sport Seats

4 Four-way Lumbar Support Adjustment Air Cushion

Secured to hard foam block - 3 - using plastic plug

To remove, remove backrest cushion. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover and Cushion ] Covers and Cushion, RS Front Sport Seats

Pry off plastic plug using pry lever (80-200)

5 Pressure Switch for Lumbar Support Adjustment

Driver's Lumbar Support Pressure Switch (F224)

Front Passenger's Lumbar Support Pressure Switch ( F225)

To remove, remove backrest cushion. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover and Cushion ] Covers and Cushion, RS Front Sport Seats

6 Y-piece

For pneumatic hoses to valve blocks

7 Lumbar Support Valve Block

Driver's Lumbar Support Valve Block (N209)

Front Passenger's Lumbar Support Valve Block ( N210)

To remove, remove backrest cushion. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover and Cushion ] Covers and Cushion, RS Front Sport Seats

8 Backrest Inflation Adjustment Valve Block

Driver's Lumbar Support Valve Block (V378)

Front Passenger's Seat/Backrest Inflation Adjustment Valve Block (V379)

To remove, remove backrest cushion. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover and Cushion ] Covers and Cushion, RS Front Sport Seats

9 Lumbar Support Pump

Driver's Lumbar Support Pump (V152)

Front Passenger's Lumbar Support Pump (V153)

To remove, remove backrest cushion. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover and Cushion ] Covers and Cushion, RS Front Sport Seats

Secured using rubber strap - 11 - and plastic plugs - 10 -

10 Plastic Plug

Pry off using pry lever (80-200)
