Headlamp Securing Lugs, Servicing

• If headlamp securing lugs break due to application of excessive force, it may still be possible to service headlamp in a cost effective manner (though headlamp housing must not be damaged).

• Different repair sets are available for left and right headlamp.

Procedure

- Remove headlamp with broken lug => [ Headlamps ].

- Remove remains of broken lugs from headlamp housing.

- Fit lugs - 2 - and - 3 - from repair kit on headlamp housing and secure with screws - 1 - and - 4 -.
