Power Seat Height Adjuster, Laser-Welded Upper Seat Section

• New shoulder pin, nut and plastic toothed segment are included in delivery.

• New microencapsulated bolts to secure the sail to the height adjuster gearing are included in delivery.

- Move seat as far to front as possible.

- Remove side trim on sill side. Refer to => [ Side Trim, Sill Side ] Side Trim, Sill Side.

- Loosen shoulder pin, nut and gear lever at height adjuster gearing.

- Remove shoulder pin.

- Remove both microencapsulated bolts at sail to height adjuster gearing.

- Fold seat fully toward front.

- Remove height adjuster gearing.

- If damaged, replace white plastic toothed segment.

- Clean threaded holes on height adjuster gearing.

- Installation of the height adjuster gearing is the reverse of removal.

• Always clean threaded holes for bolts (e.g. using a thread cutter).
