Seatbench, Removing And Installing-vehicles From 11.04

Removing







- Remove seatbench upward at front edge and out of mounting - 1 - on left and right side.
- Disengage seatbench from mounting - 4 - on left and right, forcefully push seatbench backward to do so.
- On vehicles with seat heaters, lift seatbench far enough so that electrical harness connectors can be disconnected.
- Remove electrical harness connector for side airbag from groove.
- Remove seat bench from vehicle.

Installing
Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

CAUTION: Mountings must be replaced after each removal of seatbench

Replacing mountings
- Remove used mounting from chassis cut-out.
- Insert new mounting grommet - 2 - into body cut-out until it clicks into place - 1 -.
