Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor, through MY 2006

Removing





- Remove headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamps, through MY 2006 ].

- Release the spring clip - arrows - and remove the cover from the headlamp housing.

- Remove screws - arrows -.





- Unplug connector.

- Push out ball head of adjustment axle by swinging adjusting motor - 1 - to the side out of ball head mount.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- First, insert ball head of adjustment axle from the side into ball head mount of reflector, pull reflector toward rear to do so.

- Secure housing cover using wire clamp.

- Install headlamp.

• Always adjust headlamps after removing, installing or replacing adjustment motors .
