Condition
The customer may report that the satellite tuner does not receive the additional channel related to the "SIRIUS Everything Plus the Best of XM" subscription package.
Technical Background
Due to hardware design, the Generation 1 SIRIUS satellite module is unable to receive additional channels related to the "SIRIUS Everything Plus the Best of XM" subscription package.
A Generation 1 Sirius satellite module can be identified by its dual antenna inputs.
