Rear Window Wiper Motor

Removing

- Remove wiper arm. Refer to => [ Wiper Arm ] Wiper Arm.

- Remove lower luggage compartment lid trim.

- Disconnect electrical connector - 2 -.





- Disconnect washer fluid hose - 1 - from connecting pipe of nozzle.

- Remove the nuts - arrows - and remove wiper motor.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Rear Window Wiper Motor Assembly Overview ] Rear Window Wiper Motor Assembly Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Carefully attach rubber seal in rear window bore.

• Washer fluid hose must engage audibly into nozzle connection.

- Switch on ignition.

- Activate rear wipe and let wiper motor run in end position.

- Turn off the ignition.

- Install lower rear lid trim.

- Adjust wiper arm. Refer to => [ Wiper Arm, Adjusting ] Wiper Arm, Adjusting.
