1 - Center Console

2 - Bolts (Qty. 4), 2 Nm

3 - Center console air distributor

2-zone A/C system

Left Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor (V220) - 4 -

4-zone A/C system

Left Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor (V220) - 4 -

Right Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor (V221) - 5 -

Left Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor (G311) - 7 -

Right Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor (G312) - 6 -

Removing

Before disconnecting the connectors, mark the allocation to

Left/Right Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motors and

Left/Right Rear Center Console Temperature Sensors

- Remove center console => [ Center Console without Extension ]. Center Console Without Extension

- Remove bolts - 8 - and - 9 - (Qty. 4).

- Pull the left rear - 10 - and right rear - 11 - air channels out of center console air distributor - 3 -.

Vehicles with 2-zone A/C system

- Disconnect electrical harness connectors at Left Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor (V220).

Vehicles with 4-zone A/C system

- Disconnect electrical harness connectors at Left Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor (V220) - 4 - and Right Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor (V221) - 5 -.

- Disconnect electrical harness connectors at Left Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor (G311) - 7 - and Right Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor (G312) - 6 -.

Procedure for all vehicles

- Remove screws - 2 - (Qty. 4).

- Remove center console air distributor - 3 -.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

- Ensure the correct allocation when connecting the electrical harness connectors to Left Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor (V220) - 4 - and Right Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor (V221) - 5 -.

- Ensure the correct allocation when connecting the electrical harness connectors to Left Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor (G311) - 7 - and Right Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor (G312) - 6 -.

4 - Left Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor (V220)

for 2-zone and 4-zone A/C system

5 - Right Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor (V221)

for 4-zone A/C system

6 - Right Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor (G312)

for 4-zone A/C system

7 - Left Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor (G311)

for 4-zone A/C system

8 - Bolts (Qty. 2), 2 Nm

9 - Bolts (Qty. 2), 2 Nm

10 - Left rear air channel

Removing

- Remove center console => [ Center Console without Extension ]. Center Console Without Extension

- Remove bolts - 8 - (Qty. 2).

- Pull left rear air channel out of center console air distributor - 3 -.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal.

11 - Right rear air channel

Removing

- Remove center console => [ Center Console without Extension ]. Center Console Without Extension

- Remove bolts - 9 - (Qty. 2).

- Pull right rear air channel out of center console air distributor - 3 -.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal.
