NOTE:
- Levers and cam plates are provided with code numbers. In cases of doubt about assignment of one of these components, pay attention to assignment.
- Moisten guides of cam plates as well as lugs at flap levers with small quantity of grease G 000 150.

- Air duct to right chest vent and for indirect ventilation of dash panel on right
- Not to be dismantled
3. Oval head self-tapping screw
4. Lever
- Not to be removed (danger of interchange)
- Observe assignment (code number "862")

- Not to be removed (danger of interchange)
- Observe assignment (code number "861")
6. Cam plate
- Mark prior to removal to avoid interchange
- Observe assignment (code number "154")
7. Holder
- Mark prior to removal to avoid interchange

- Lever at flap is marked "838" (leave with connecting rod at defroster flap in air distributor housing)

26. Left Footwell Flap Motor V108
- With Left Footwell Flap Motor Position Sensor G139
27. Lever
- Mark prior to removal to avoid interchange
- Observe assignment (code number "835")
- Lever at flap is marked "836" (leave at cold air flap in air distributor housing)
28. Center Vent Adjustment Motor V102
- With Center Vent Motor Position Sensor G138
- This control motor actuates cold air flap (flap in air duct bypassing heater cores)
29. Air distributor housing
- Not to be dismantled
- Different versions
- On vehicles with Rear A/C Control Head (Climatronic) E265, rear air ducts are equipped with flaps and connection to rear cold air duct is open
- On vehicles with no Rear A/C Control Head (Climatronic) E265, rear air ducts are not equipped with flaps and connection to rear cold air duct is sealed

- Lever at flap is marked "834" (leave at warm air flap in air distributor housing)
33. Temperature Regulator Flap Motor V68
- With Temperature Regulator Flap Motor Position Sensor G92
- This control motor actuates warm air flap (flap in air duct starting in mixing chamber downstream of heater core)
- Removing and installing Temperature Regulator Flap Motor V68, removing and installing
34. Air duct

- Air duct to right footwell vents
- Not to be dismantled

- Not to be removed (danger of interchange)
