1 - Seat Height Adjustment Handle Lever

2 - Seat Height Adjustment Unit

• Removing

- Remove seat.

- Mount the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136) on the engine and transmission holder (VAS 6095).

- Attach the front seat to the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136).

- Remove backrest adjustment wheel. Refer to => [ Backrest Adjusting Wheel ] Front Seats.

- Remove seat height adjustment handle. Refer to => [ Seat Height Adjustment Handle ] Front Seats.

- Remove side trim on sill side. Refer to => [ Side Trim, Sill Side ] Front Seats.

- Remove screw - 3 -.

- Remove bolts - 5 - (Qty. 2).

- Remove seat height adjustment unit - 2 - and retaining plate - 4 -.

• Installing

- Install seat height adjuster unit - 2 - in reverse order of removal.

- Ensure retaining plate - 4 - is positioned at arrow position on seat pan.

- Ensure retaining clamp is positioned on seat height adjustment handle lever - 2 -. Note installation position => [ Retaining Clamp Installation Position ] Front Seats.

3 - Bolt

• Tightening specification 8 Nm

4 - Retaining Plate

5 - Screws, (Qty. 2)

• Tightening specification 8 Nm
