Function Test
- Select measuring value "Test ID 03: Catalytic converter" and check whether specified values are attained, Diagnostic Mode 06 - Read Test Results For Specific Diagnostic Functions Diagnostic mode 6: Check test results of components that are not continuously monitored.
- Check specified values at idle.







- End diagnosis and switch ignition off.

If the specified values are not reached:

Checking for Leaks
- Check connection pipes and hoses between Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor and combi-valve for proper seal.
- Check hoses and hose connections for secure seating.
- Repeat function test.

If malfunction is no longer present:
- Erase DTC memory of ECM. Diagnostic Mode 04 - Erase DTC Memory
- Generate readiness code. Generate Readiness Code
