2 - Fuel delivery unit
- removing and installing
- Fuel pump, checking
3 - Seal
- Replace
- to install, place into opening of fuel tank dry
4 - Fuel return line
- Blue
- From fuel rail
- attaches to connection with designation "R" on locking flange
- to disconnect from locking flange, press release button on connecting piece
5 - Fuel supply line
- black
- To fuel filter
- attaches to connection with designation "V" on locking flange
- to disconnect from locking flange or from filter, press release button on connecting piece
6 - Electrical 4-pin connector
- for Fuel Pump (FP) and Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G and Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
7 - Union nut - 80 Nm
- removing and installing using wrench 3217
8 - Electrical 2-pin connector
- For Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
9 - Union nut - 80 Nm
- removing and installing using wrench 3217
10 - Seal
- Replace
- to install, place into opening of fuel tank dry
11 - Suction jet pump
- with locking flange
- With lines
12 - Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
13 - Hose coupling
- for fuel hose to suction jet pump
- to disconnect, press release button
14 - Retaining Strap
- for fuel hose of the suction jet pump
- engage in fuel delivery unit and press into retainer
