Brake light switch, adjusting

Note: Brake light switch must be removed for adjustment.

- Disconnect connector from brake light switch.
- Remove brake light switch by rotating to the left until it stops.
- Completely remove plunger from brake light switch.
- Press down brake pedal as far as possible by hand.
- Guide brake light switch through assembly hole and re-install by rotating 90° toward left.
- Release brake pedal
- Connect connector for brake light switch.

- Press brake pedal.
Brake lights light up.

- Remove foot from brake pedal.
Brake lights must not light up.
