O-Ring For Drive Pinion Housing / Haldex Clutch (Final Drive Removed), Installing

Installing
Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:





- Insert O-ring - A - with gear oil.
- Re-insert adjustment shim(s) - B - of same thickness.
- Position drive pinion housing.





- Install hex nuts - arrows - with Locking Compound D 197 300 A1 and tighten in a diagonal sequence in stages.

Tightening torque: 45 Nm

Note: The illustration only shows 3 of the 8 nuts.

- Checking gear oil in rear final drive.
- Check oil level in Haldex clutch.
