- Pry out seal with a lever.
- Remove small circlip.





- Pressing off cover from differential.





- Remove large circlip.





- Pressing off ball bearing from cover.
- Press off axle for small differential bevel gear, shear off roll pin to do so.
- Drive rest of roll pin out of differential bevel gear axle and differential housing.
- Remove small differential bevel gears and thrust washer union.
- Swing large differential bevel gears out of side openings of differential housing and remove.

Assembling
- Insert thrust washer union with transmission fluid.
- Insert both large differential bevel gears and secure (e.g. with flanged shaft).





- Insert small differential bevel gears at 180° offset and swing in by rotating on one of the two flanged shafts.
- Drive differential planetary gear axle into final position and secure with spring pin.





- Press ball bearing into cover.
- Secure with large circlip.





- Pressing cover on differential.
- Secure with small circlip.
- Drive in new seal flush Installing.
