Removing and installing oil return valve
- To remove, screw in M8 x 1.5 bolt approx. 4 turns into valve (arrow) and pull out.
- To install, lubricate O-ring and press valve into oil channel by hand.
Removing and installing oil spray jet
Note:
Oil spray jets are installed in crankshaft main bearings 2... 7.
- To remove, use a 4 mm drift to press out oil spray jet toward crankshaft bearing.
- To install, use a 6 mm drift to press in oil spray jet (arrow) by hand.

1 - Bolt, 10 Nm; self-locking, replace
2 - Seal; replace
