Bottom Door Cover Overview

Front Door and Side Panel






1 - Bolt

• 1 Nm

2 - Door Cover

• To remove, open the door and remove the bolt - 1 -.

• Slide cover out of locking element toward rear and remove from door.

• Heat side protective molding using hot air gun before removing.

• Clean adhesion surface with mineral spirits, treat with silicone remover and rub dry.

• Heat side protective molding to approx. 40 °C (104 °F) using hot air gun before installing.

• Pull off protective foil, first fasten side protective molding, then press on forcefully using an application roller.

3 - Side Panel Cover

• To remove from side panel, pull outward out of retaining hook.

• Observe notes for removing and installing.

4 - Double Sided Adhesive Tape

• Pull off protective foil before installing.

• 2 Nm

2 Front Door Cover

• To remove, open the door and remove the bolt - 1 -.

• Slide cover out of locking element toward rear and remove from door - 3 -.

3 Front Door

4 Sill Panel

5 Expanding Clip

• Supplied in deliver casing for cover

• To remove, open the door and remove the bolt - 1 -.

• Slide cover out of locking element toward rear and remove from door - 3 -.

3 Side Panel Cover

• Heat side protective molding using hot air gun before removing.

• Clean adhesion surface with mineral spirits, treat with silicone remover and rub dry.

4 Double Sided Adhesive Tape

• Pull off protective foil before installing.

5 Expanding Clip

• Supplied in deliver casing for cover

6 Sill Panel

Fender Cover Strip





- Before removing, loosen wheel housing liner - 4 - in area of cover and push aside.

- Remove TORX(R) bolt - 2 -.

- Press together retaining hooks - arrow - and pull off cover - 3 - to the side from fender.

- TORX(R) bolt, 2.5 Nm
