Removing





- Remove front seat:

• Manual seat, refer to => [ Front Manual Seat ] Front Manual Seat

• Power seat, refer to => [ Power Seat ] Power Seat

- Remove backrest:

• Manual seat, refer to => [ Backrest ] Backrest

• Power seat, refer to => [ Backrest ] Backrest

- Remove cover and padding from seat pan, refer to => [ Seat Pan Cover and Upholstery ] Seat Pan Cover and Upholstery.

- Cut wire - 2 - off of old heating element - 1 -.

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Align heating element on seat surface, remove protective foil and glue heating element to cushion.

- Insert the electrical wire - 2 - into the gap - 3 -.

- Route connecting wires at locations - 4 - in bottom of gaps, avoiding crossover.
