EVAP Canister/Tank Leak Detection System, Hose Diagram, 6-Cylinder






1 Separating Point

At left front in engine compartment under the coolant expansion tank

2 Vent Line

White

From EVAP canister to EVAP canister purge regulator valve 1 (N80)

Installed position: on the right side under the floor panel

Secured to fuel tank in fuel tank area

3 Vacuum Line

Green

Leak detection pump (V144)/engine

Installed position: on the right side under the floor panel

Secured to fuel tank in fuel tank area

4 Separating Point

At right, front on fuel tank in area of fuel filter

5 Fuel Filler Tube

6 Vent Line

Fuel filler tube/EVAP canister

7 Air Filter Housing

For leak detection pump

8 Leak Detection Pump (V144)

Installed location: under the wheel housing liner in right rear wheel housing

Checking: in guided fault finding

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Leak Detection Pump ] Leak Detection Pump

9 Connecting Pipe

EVAP canister filter/leak detection pump

Clipped in on bracket

Installed location: in the bottom of the spare wheel well

12 Separating Point

At right rear on fuel tank

13 Non-Return Valve

Installed position: the - arrow - points in the flow direction

14 To Vacuum Diaphragm for Exhaust Flap

15 Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)

16 Intake Manifold Upper Section

17 EVAP canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 (N80)
