Rear Lid Contact Switch

Removing





- Remove the rear lid lock.

- Pry plastic catch - 3 - from retaining screws - 1 - using flat-head screwdriver.

- Fold plastic catch as far rearward as possible.

- First, pull contact switch - 2 - to side and then upward out of rear lid lock.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Make sure that washers between plastic catches and rear lid lock are seated properly.

- Install the rear lid lock.
