Left And/or Right Instrument Panel Air Duct, Removing And Installing

Special tools and workshop equipment required







- Pop rivet tool VAS 5072

- Removing
- Remove instrument panel.
- Remove damaged left or right vent temperature sensor G150 or G151.







- Using a sharp knife, cut off weld points - 2 - (4x) flush with air duct.







- Remove damaged air duct.
- Drill 5 mm holes at - 2 - (3x).

- Installing:
- Install new air duct, ensuring that no parts remain inside it.
- Install blind rivets supplied with air duct at - 2 - (3x).
- Screw in bolt - 3 - supplied with air duct.
