CAUTION!
Disconnect battery ground wire before working on electrical system.

On vehicles with Telematics, activate Telephone/Telematics Control Module (J526) service mode before disconnecting Battery (A) => [ Telematics Service Mode, Activating/Deactivating ] Procedures.

If the Battery (A) is reconnected, follow the procedure for disconnecting and connecting the Battery (A) Deactivate Telephone/Telematics Control Module (J526) service mode => [ Telematics Service Mode, Activating/Deactivating ] Procedures.

Cellular telephone preparation

• Telephone Transceiver (R36)

• Radio, Telephone, Navigation System Antenna (R52 )

• Telephone Baseplate (R126) with Cellular Telephone (R54)

• Telephone Microphone (R38)

The Telephone Transceiver (R36) is equipped with a Bluetooth Antenna (R152). Using this, all Cellular Telephones (R54) approved by Audi can be operated with the Bluetooth interface with the cell phone preparation installed in the vehicle.

It is not possible to connect other devices via Bluetooth, for example headset, laptop, PDA, or similar.

Diagnosis is performed using "Guided Fault-Finding".
