Left or Right Instrument Panel Guide

• Pop rivet pliers (VAS 5072)

Removal

- Remove instrument panel. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel ] Instrument Panel.

- Remove the damaged left vent temperature sensor (G150) or (G151).

- Cut through weld points - 2 - (Qty. 4) flush to air guide using a sharp knife.





- Remove damaged air vent.





- Bore 5mm hole at points - 2 - (Qty. 3).

Installing

- Install new air duct, ensuring no parts lie in the air channel.

- Rivet in the provided pop rivets for air guide at points - 2 - (Qty. 3).

- Install the provided bolt - 3 - for air guide.
