Shift Lock Solenoid

Removing

- Remove the cover for the shift mechanism. Refer to => [ Shift Mechanism Cover ] Shift Mechanism Cover.

- Disconnect the electrical harness connector on the shift lock solenoid (N110).

- Release the lugs and remove the shift lock solenoid forward - arrows -.





Installing

Installation is in the reverse order of removal, note the following:

- Press the shift lock solenoid into the guide until it engages; the operating lever - 2 - of the solenoid must engage in the locking lever - 1 - on the shift mechanism.





- Install the cover for the shift mechanism. Refer to => [ Shift Mechanism Cover ] Shift Mechanism Cover.
