Front Cupholder Trim

Removing





- Remove front center console. Refer to => [ Front Center Console ] Front Center Console.

- Remove bolts - arrows -.

- Remove front cup holder.

- Open front cup holder.





- Release cup holder insert with a small screw driver - arrows - and remove.

- Pry right hinge pins off with a screw driver - arrow -.





- Pry left hinge pins off with a screwdriver - arrow - and disengage tension spring - 1 -.





- Disengage support - 1 - and remove cup holder cover with trim - arrow -.





- Carefully pry cup holder cover forward out of trim with a narrow screwdriver - arrow 1 -.





- Separate cup holder cover from trim - arrow 2 -.

Installation





Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- First engage tension spring - 1 - with hinge pins on cup holder cover - 2 -.

- Position hinge screws and turn in - direction of arrow - (approx. 90°).

• Marks - 3 - on hinge screws must point upward.

- Install hinge screws in this position.

- Install front center console. Refer to => [ Front Center Console ] Front Center Console.
