1 Ribbed belt

• Check for wear

• Before removing, mark direction of rotation using chalk or felt-tip marker. Reversing the running direction on a used belt can destroy it.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt

• When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the pulleys

2 20 Nm plus an additional 90° turn

• Replace

3 22 Nm

4 Generator

5 Cap for idler pulley

6 Idler roller for ribbed belt

• Tighten to 40 Nm

7 20 Nm

8 Ribbed belt pulley for coolant pump

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump Ribbed Belt Pulley ] Service and Repair

9 9 Nm

10 Coolant pump

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Coolant Pump

11 Cap for tensioning element

12 Tensioning element for ribbed belt

• Tighten to 40 Nm.

14 20 Nm

15 Power steering pump bracket

16 20 Nm

17 Power steering pump

18 20 Nm

19 Power steering pump belt pulley

22 A/C Compressor

• Do not unfasten/separate refrigerant lines

• Observe alignment sleeves => [ (Item 23) Alignment bushing ] when installing

23 Alignment bushing

• 2 pieces

24 Bracket for air conditioning compressor

• Observe alignment sleeves => [ (Item 23) Alignment bushing ] when installing

25 Vibration damper

• With belt pulley for ribbed belt

• Various versions. Sequence
