Condition

^ The customer may report that the Adaptive Light headlights are vibrating at idle speed or when driving.

^ TSB 2015445 Headlights vibrate did not improve the situation.

Technical Background

At idle speed the engine can cause vibrations in the front of the vehicle, which are in the resonance frequency range of the headlights.

While driving, vibrations are created and transmitted to the front of the vehicle, which influences the frequency range of the headlights.

This condition does not affect headlight aim or headlight performance.

Production Solution

Optimized Adaptive Light headlights.

If TSB 2015445 does not resolve the issue, replace the headlight as shown above.
