Procedure

• Align exhaust system when cold.

• Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Muffler Assembly Overview ] Muffler Assembly Overview.

- Align front section of exhaust system to front muffler and clamping sleeves => [ (Item 12) Front clamping sleeve ] Muffler Assembly Overview.

- Loosen clamping sleeves bolts => [ (Item 11) Clamping sleeve in the center ] Muffler Assembly Overview.

- Press exhaust system forward - arrow - far enough so pre-tension on retaining loops => [ (Item 2) Retaining loop ] Muffler Assembly Overview reaches dimension - a -.





• Dimension - a - = 11 mm.

- Tighten clamping sleeve threaded connections evenly.

- Align end pipes. Refer to => [ End Pipes, Aligning ] Procedures.
