Certain steps require removal of subframe or entire rear axle. For installation, the original position of the subframe can be retained by using locating pins T10300. Always install locating pins just prior to lowering subframe or complete rear axle. A road test must be performed after completing repairs. If steering wheel is crooked, vehicle must be aligned.
- Remove bolts - arrows -.
- Install Locating Pins T10300 in threads by hand as far as - A - marking.
- Tighten locating pins to 30 Nm, counter hold sleeve at flats using open-end wrench to prevent it from turning.
Position of subframe is now secured.
- Place Scissor Lift Table VAS 6131 with Basic Set VAS 6131/13 under subframe.
Removal of locating pins T10300 is performed in reverse order of installation.
