Condition
One Xenon light fails completely on left or right side.
Fault codes found in the central electronics control unit, address word 09, are;

Improvements to the Xenon headlight bulb electrical connector.
Service
Check whether the electrical connector is correctly attached to the Xenon headlight bulb. Removal of the headlight assembly and rear cover is required. If it is loose or not connected, bend both the left and right spring tabs open inside the electrical connector to create a firm fit. Use a 2 mm welding wire to perform the task (see illustrations below).
2 mm wire bent at a right angle, with flattened head.
Length of the flattened head should be approximately 11 mm.
Bend the spring tabs open on both sides
Reinstall the bulb electrical connector, rear cover, headlight electrical connector, and headlight assembly. Erase the fault code(s) and test headlight function.
