Removing

- Remove the vacuum hose - 4 - from the secondary air injection (AIR) combination valve.





- Remove air guide hose - 3 - on secondary air injection (AIR) combi-valve by press release buttons.

- Remove the bolts - 1 - and - 2 -.

- Free up electrical wiring on secondary air injection (AIR) combi-valve.

- Remove the secondary air injection combination valve - 5 -.

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection System Version 2 Assembly Overview ] Secondary Air Injection System Version 2 Assembly Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

• Replace gaskets and O-rings.

• Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

• During installation, all cable ties must be installed at the same location.
