Fastener Tightening Specifications






Oil Level Thermal Sensor (G266) Tightening Specification





- Tighten the nuts - 1 - to 9 Nm.

Lower Section of Oil Pan, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten bolts in 3 stages as follows:

- Tight bolts by hand in a diagonal sequence.

- Pre-tighten all the bolts in a diagonal sequence to 5 Nm.

- Tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence to 9 Nm.

Upper Section of Oil Pan, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten bolts - 1 through 7 - in 2 stages as follows:

- Pre-tighten all the bolts in a diagonal sequence to 5 Nm.

- Tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence to 14 Nm.

Oil Cooler - Tightening Specification





- Tighten bolts - arrows - to 9 Nm.

Oil Pressure Switch (F1) - Tightening Specification





- Tighten the Oil Pressure Switch (F1) - 1 - to 20 Nm.
