Air Filter Assembly Overview





1 Bypass Valve

2 Bolt

• 1.5 Nm

3 Air Guide Hose

• Check the air duct hose for dirt and leaves

4 Bolt

• 1.5 Nm

5 Air Duct

• To lock carrier

6 Air Duct

• Clipped inside the air filter lower section

7 Strainer

8 Retaining Clip

9 Spreader Clip

10 Bolt

• 1.5 Nm

11 Air Duct Hose to Throttle Valve Control Module ( J338)

12 Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor (G70)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Mass Air Flow Sensor ] Service and Repair

13 O-ring

• Replace

14 Bolt

• 1.5 Nm

15 Air Filter Upper Section

• Clean salt, dirt and leaves inside the air filter upper section.
16 Air Filter Element

• Always use a genuine air filter element

• Maintenance intervals,

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Air Filter Element ] Service and Repair

17 Air Filter Lower Section

• Clean any salt, dirt and leaves from the air filter lower section.

• Clear the water drain hole in the air filter lower section with compressed air.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Air Filter Housing ]

18 Rubber Grommet

19 Vacuum Hose
