Left Right and Instrument Panel Air Ducts

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Pop rivet pliers (VAS 5072)





Removing

- Remove instrument panel. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel ] Instrument Panel.

- Remove air quality sensor from damaged side.

- Cut through weld points - 2 - (Qty. 4) flush to air guide using a sharp knife.





- Remove damaged air vent.





- Bore 5 mm hole at points - 2 - (Qty. 3).

Installing

- Install new air duct, ensuring no parts lie in the air channel.

- Rivet in the provided pop rivets for air guide at points - 2 - (Qty. 3).

- Install the provided bolt - 3 - for air guide.

Further installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
