CONDITION

Squeaking noises caused by the coolant pump from the engine compartment.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

Bubble in cooling system before the slip ring seal of the coolant pump. This bubble causes the squeaking noises.

PRODUCT SOLUTION

SERVICE

Bleed the cooling system according to the Repair Manual with the cooling system bleeder VAS 6096. If the noises persist, replace the coolant pump.
