Rivet Connections, Loosening

- Cover areas that are difficult to reach to protect against shavings.
- Drill out rivet head.
- Carefully drive out rivet head using a chisel.
- Drive rest of rivet out with a punch.
- Remove shavings, e.g. with a workshop vacuum.

NOTE: Drill shavings lead to damage of convertible top parts and vehicle paint.
