Removing

- Remove driver-side storage compartment.

- Separate electrical connector - 2 -.





- Remove bolts - 1 - and - 3 -.

- Remove accelerator pedal module.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

- Install driver-side storage compartment.

Vehicles with automatic transmission:

If the throttle position sensor or engine control module are replaced in vehicles with automatic transmission, the kick-down function must be adapted. Refer to => [ Kick-Down Function, Adapting after Replacing Accelerator Pedal Module or Engine Control Module ] Kick-Down Function, Adapting After Replacing Accelerator Pedal Module or Engine Control Module.

Tightening Specifications
