4-way Lumbar Support, Assembly Overview







1 - Bowden cable for lumbar support height adjustment
2 - Bowden cable for lumbar support adjustment
3 - 4-way lumbar support

Removing
- Remove seat.
- Attach fixture for seat repair VAS 6136 to engine and transmission holder VAS 6095.
- Attach front seat to fixture for seat repair VAS 6136.
- Remove side trim, outboard side.
- Remove side trim, inboard side.
- Remove backrest.
- Remove backrest cover panel.
- Remove backrest frame.
- Disengage Bowden cable for lumbar support adjustment - 2 - from hook - 4 -.
- Disengage Bowden cable for lumbar support height adjustment - 1 - at retainer pin - 5 - and at idler wheel - 6 -.
- Disengage lower 4-way lumbar support - 3 - at positions - B - (2x).
- Disengage upper 4-way lumbar support - 3 - at positions - A - (2x).

Installing
- Installation is in reverse order of removal.
